DH and I have been TTC for awhile now and bc things just arent working we want to look into getting "help." I know that getting help is possible, but where do I start? I cant even get an appointment with my PCM bc his schedule is booked for the next three months. Do I even need to see him or do I go somewhere else? Thanks for any help you ladies can offer.

How long have you been trying? I don't think anyone will see you until it's been at least a year of consistent trying without result. What Tricare do you have (Prime/Standard)? I think you need a referral to an RE from your PCM.

I am aware of the one year trying with no results "rule." I am enrolled in Prime. I have already been told that I cannot see my PCM so I wasnt sure if going straight to a doctor would work. I have heard that scheduling an appt with an GYN could get the ball rolling, but I dont know if that is too accurate.

You have a right to see your PCM within 30 days for non-urgent care. If your base can't offer you that they are obligated to refer you to another PCM who can see you. Get that referral, see the other OCM, and get a GYN or RE referral from the second PCM.

This. If you have any trouble getting an appt within 30 days, ICE them.
