We survived year 2!!

Well kids turned 2 yesterday.  It's such an exciting, bittersweet feeling thinking that they are truly no longer babies and we're done with that phase. 

Enjoy the time with your little ones.  It just flies by in a wink.

Yes I did!

My mom used the exact same cake pan 30+ years ago for our cakes.  She bought me a new one last year and I finally cracked it open. 

I've never made something like that, so I am proud of my work.

Congrats, I can't believe we're almost there ourselves! What a cute cake. The time really does fly but I love it more every day.
