Got the call today that said I failed my 1 hour glucose with a level of 151. They wanted it under 130. Scheduled to go in this Thursday for the 3 hour. I've been trying to find info on the interwebz about it, but not getting any good data so I figured I'd ask you ladies because I trust you more anyway
Did any of you fail the 1 hour and pass the 3? Anything I can do to try to make sure I have a better shot at passing? I'm pretty upset, but from what I'm reading it doesn't sound terribly uncommon for this to happen. Thoughts?
Re: how common is it to fail the 1 hour glucose and pass the 3 hour glucose test?

Lots of love and luck to my PAIF/3T/IF Veteran ladies, especially my dear friend Zookie. Congrats to Papps, Teach84 and Starbuck on their little ones.
My sister failed the 1 hour with all her 3 kids but passed the 3 hour every time. Her kids were all big though. They all were born at 38 weeks exactly and weighed 8.15, 9.0, and 9.3.

Did you eat before your 1 hour?
I failed my 1 hour test and they said it was probably because I ate breakfast. They told me I could. They have you fast for the 3 hour. I passed that one. Good luck!!
One of my IRL friends failed her 1 hour, but passed her 3 hour. I don't think she did anything different before doing the 3 hour. Good luck!

From what I've heard and seen, it happens often. I failed the one hour (177) and was sure I would fail the three hour, but passed with flying colors.
