Tomorrow: Left overs...MIL made us a HUGE pot of chicken noodle soup when we were sick this weekend.
Wednesday: Grilled Turkey tenderloin, baked broccoli, and honey wheat bread.
Thursday: Sunset Dinner Cruise on Lake MI. I'm really excited about this!! Every summer DH's office plans a social activity for the employees and their families. The cruise starts at 7:30...so we're having MIL come to watch LO so he'll stay on his 7:15 bedtime.
Friday: Turkey bacon, Tomato, and avocado sandwiches on Honey Wheat Bread
Saturday: Veggie Omelets (which will probably turn into scrambled eggs since my omelets always fall apart!)
I am angry about a weight-loss plateau and fired up to break it this week after 7 weeks of no change. So it is healthy meals all weeks!
Tonight: black bean salad--it is so easy. Toss a can of beans and a can of corn in a pot, add some BBQ sauce and cilantro. It is 4 WW points and satisfying.

Thursday: bean burgers
Friday: Veggie lasagna
I am on a HUGE veggie kick lately. I go through phases of being grossed out by meat, and right now I am majorly grossed out because I went to a pig roast the other day. I could very easily be a vegetarian, but I digress...
