We are having a fondue party for my birthday, there will be 6 of us. I plan on using
this recipe for the main course. I think I will have beef cubes, shrimp and potstickers, but I am stuck as to which other veggies might be tasty or what else I should have on the side. The recipe suggests broccoli and potatoes to dip as well and that's easy so I will probably have those too. What else do you think would be tasty? Hearty bread? A salad? I don't want it to get too complicated, but I know I need more than meat and broth!
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

Re: Fondue Party
Mushrooms would be great with your main course too.
If you can get another pot (or even a crockpot), cheese fondue is a guilty pleasure of mine too. Sooo good, but so bad for you, haha. I serve crusty bread, green apples, broccoli/cauliflower/carrots with cheese fondue.
What kind of recipe do you use for cheese fondue? I was considering that. We have the Melting Pot here too!! It's just so expensive so we are trying to do it at home.
I second this. These are our favorite fondue veggies.
