This app is really neat. I just have the free version and I use it when I can't make it to the gym or when LO doesn't do well in the nursery and I have to come home. I usually stack 2-3 workouts together, but you can do however many you want. Many are short, less than 20 minutes, require little or no equipment (those that do are mainly a workout mat and a pair of dumbbells), and you get a good sweat going. Check it out if you are in need of quick workouts. Also fantastic for travel.
