DD2 has been diagnosed with MSPI and I have been on the diet now for almost 3 weeks. We have finally started to see some results and she isn't nearly as fussy as she was.
However, she still has mucousy (sometimes green/brownish) stools.
How long was it until you saw your child's stools return to normal?

They aren't always green, but more often then not there is mucous. I even took pictures when we went to the pedi gi specialist so she could see what some of her diapers looked liked. I have also noticed that she doesn't poop as much since I have started this diet
She is still extremely gassy at night. Last night I could hear her stomach grumbling as I was nursing her before bed. She hadn't had a dirty diaper since the morning and at 2am she woke up fussing and sure enough was dirty.
