I tried to hit it hard this weekend since we are going on vacation and leaving next Saturday. Not sure how productive I'll be fitness-wise, but I'm going to try!
Friday- 3 mile run and strength training
Saturday-easy 2 mile jog, strength training, and a few laps in the pool
Today-5 mile run this morning. My goal was 45 minutes and I did it in 47, so I have a little work to do. It's the first time I've done five miles in a looooong time.

Friday: W2D2 couch to 5k, 10 min on bike, chest, back, and abs
Saturday: W2D3 couch to 5k, 10 min on bike
Friday- 30 minutes on elliptical, 20 minute ab workout in the morning followed by a 3.2 mile jog with Max in the evening
Saturday- nothing
Sunday- met with a personal trainer (gym membership includes 1x month hour with trainer) he showed me lots of new strengthing workouts for my core, arms, and legs...I'm sore right now! Also did about 20 minutes of cardio.

Friday-Couch to 5k W1D2, abs
Sat & Sun- sick
stomach virus/flu decided to hit our house. DH and I have been miserable, LO is feeling fine.
Friday- 30 min on elliptical
Saturday- nothing
Sun- 30 min elliptical, pushups and 10 min ab workout
Our vacation is less than 2 months away so I need to make exercise a priority again, I just need to get through this move 1st.
Friday-nothing
Saturday- yoga
Today-DH and I did Jillian Michael's thirty day shred, or Julia Roberts as DH called her!

Friday - 30 min of Zumba and 25 min of strength training / kkettle bell
Saturday - rest day ( also 10 hr drive for vacay, but we are here now, so wahoo!)
Sunday - four mile run on the beach. San running us hard!
