One of my favorite places is "Explore and More" in Gettysburg. It's fairly cheap to get in but you can stay as long as you want and there are lots of areas for your child to play/explore inside AND outside. Unfortunately there isn't much in this area as far as tumbling, arts/crafts, bounce houses, etc.

Attached to it is a high-end consignment shop, Cabbage Patch. Your children can play while you shop. And besides, Mandy (the owner) is AMAZING!!
