How long did it take to go away? Is there something you can do to make it better or go away? I really would like to start walking everyday but now this, and it is painful enough I feel I can't go for a walk.
Sounds like your round ligaments are stretching out right now! I noticed these pains mostly during months 4-6 when baby is growing fast and furiously. Try to avoid squatting or getting up from a squatting position quickly. Avoiding sudden turning movements may help too. Maybe yoga and slow stretches may help a bit. If all else fails I would ask my OB. They are a wealth of knowledge! Hope this helps and congrats!
I got this yesterday for the first time since I've been pregnant. It felt like mestral cramps all over again. Glad to know there's a name for it. Guess it's time to break out the yoga dvd again.
