Good morning ladies! MrsErinH is away from the office at meetings today and won't be able to get on today. So she asked me to post the goals check-in. I will do my best to fill in for her.
This is a place for you to get motivated and encouraged to make progress on whatever goals you are working on and to have some public accountability too. So jump right in and tell us what your goals are for today!
Reward yourself! If you are having trouble sticking to your goals and staying motivated, maybe you should try offering yourself a reward. Make your goals attainable but not too easy so that you have to work towards the prize. Your reward can be small or big, depending on what you choose. Just make sure that it's something you want so that you will complete your goals in order to get it. It could be something like a chocolate bar at the end of a day of success, a manicure at the end of a week of completed goals, a new purse at the end of a month of doing well, etc. You choose.
Daily Motivation:
Think positive! You can succeed!

QOTD: What are some rewards that you would like to work towards? What would motivate you?

Re: Daily Goals/Motivational Check-in!
I don't remember what my goals were for Wednesday but I'm pretty sure I completed them all. And I did end up doing some yoga! Not much of it but at least a start.
Today's goals are:
- Drink 6 glasses of water
- Read at least 1 chapter of my new book (finished the other one)
- Do dishes & tidy kitchen
- Make meal plan and grocery list
- Sex
ETA: Forgot the QOTD!
I think that a good reward for me would be chocolate. I love chocolate and I could definitely see myself working harder to get some. Is that bad of me?

Goals from Wednesday: Accomplished!
Goals for today: get through work. Just get through it, and make it to the weekend.
pull off hubby's birthday dinner and dessert!
drink 4 glasses of water (I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm working up to 8!)
QOTD: My good childhood friend said she would put a dollar in a jar for every workout I complete. When I "earn" enough, she will buy me a plane ticket to go see her!!! Now THAT'S a reward! Otherwise I will probably reward myself with a pedicure.
Good job on accomplishing your goals from Wednesday. I'm sure you'll be able to succeed again today. I'm also with you on drinking more water. I made a goal of 6 because right now, that's all I can manage. So 4 is a good start, it's better than 2!
Wow your friend is good at rewards! I would definitely take her up on and get your butt in gear.

I don't blame you for not wanting to finish cleaning the fridge. I did mine about a month ago and hated it. It's just not a fun job.
Good luck on your goals today, they seem pretty attainable. I'm sorry the funeral home made a mistake on the death certificate, that's frustrating.

I'm totally going to take her up on it! I signed up for the gym that my DH goes to and we are going to spinning class this weekend! I'm actually excited for it!
