For anyone interested, I LOVED my midwives and my doula. My midwife was Geraldine Lee of Fremont Midwifery (https://www.fremontmidwifery.com/www.fremontmidwifery.com/Home.html), and my doula was Lauren Strain (https://doulamatch.net/profile/4425/lauren-strain). I cannot recommend either of them highly enough!

Your midwife has to give you the lemon verbena, so maybe talk with her? I don't think it's available OTC, unfortunately. Good luck!
