mgs of progesterone supps per day?

Hi, just curious as to how much and how many times a day for those of you that are using progesterone suppositories

I'm using Endometrin and I believe that they are 100mg.  I use them twice a day.

I use endometrin 3x a day.  100mg each.

I use 2x endometrin at 100 mg per day

and 2x prometrium at 100 mg per day

so 400 mg/day total - they only started me at 7 weeks because at that point my progesterone came back low - i think they wanted to raise it quick.
