    How many people actually are able to safely deliver twins vaginally?
    This sounds like games we used to play with Barbies when we were kids.

    BFP # 1- DS ~ TTC #2 since Jan. 2012 - BFP # 2 - "Baby Elsie" - Blighted Ovum - D&C August 22, 2012 at 7w3d, BFP # 3 - CP - December 30, 2012, BFP # 4 - CP - March 19, 2013 ~ First RE Appt. 4/24/13 Med cycle #1: 50mg Clomid and Trigger shot = BFN. Med. Cycle #2: 6 cysts found. No meds/rest cycle. Trying on our own = BFP # 5! Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 129 Beta #3 = 94 - CP - July 2, 2013. BFP # 6! Beta#1 = 21, Beta#2 =58 Beta#3 = 134. U/S shows heartbeat of 142 at 7w2d!

    It's not horribly exciting, but it's more exciting than this board's been today. I half-ass expected her to come back guns blazing, but we'll see.

    I actually do know someone that had surprise twins.  However she gave birth in a holistic birthing center and never had ultrasounds.

    One of my mom's good friends had surprise twins, but this was 30 years ago.  No ultrasounds.  The first one came out, they were oohing and ahhing over her when the doc says looks like we've got another one!  The mom panicked, looked at her H and said "can we afford two?!"  lol.

    My sis is life long friends with surprise identical twins.  They're now 26- one was hiding behind moms ribs!

    A friend of mine is planning to deliver her twins at home using an "underground" CPM.

    We used to be better friends until she made this decision...Confused
