update to "at-home inseminators"/cervical opening

A week or so ago, we had a conversation about how difficult it can be to find the os (opening in the cervix) when doing at-home insemination with a catheter. 

I thought to myself, "What would Ina May* do?" and we tried something she does to encourage the cervix to open during childbirth.   You make this sort of horse breathing sound with super loose lips.  Not like "neigh" but this really silly, ridiculous thing where you blow out your mouth with loose lips, super relaxed.  Ina May swears this relaxes the cervical opening and allows it to, well, open.

And I'm happy to report it worked.  We did inseminations #9 and #10 over the past few days and I have a clear opening to work with!  Anyone who has had to find the opening knows what a huge deal this is!  It really lowered both my and my partner's stress level.

Here's to hoping this one takes (and sticks!)
