I honestly didn't even think about this one at all but when AF started yesterday I used a pad at first but then switched to a tampon, the pad was really causing a ton of irritation. I have a tampon in today. I imagine most ladies that have chemicals don't even know it, so they use a tampon and it's no biggie, but now I'm freaking myself out. Anyone's Dr. advise on that? I know after a m/c they usually say no tampons..uggg..
