2) Any aches/pains? a little lower ab tightening at times and feet arch stretching but no real pain.
3) How are you staying active? I strength train 3-4x a week, cycle 1-2x a week. I wasn't doing well in 1st tri/beginning of 2nd tri. I really think its helped change my mood. I enjoy working out.
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? Hmmm... tough call. Depends. Oreo, plain vanilla.. but I've been switching to yogurt because its less fatty for me.

2) Any aches/pains? I think I am sleeping funny because I am a little sore every day but nothing too terrible. Today is an exception, we ran Saturday and then walked a lot yesterday/ sat in uncomfortable chairs at a baseball game so today feels rough.
3) How are you staying active? See above, I am walking as much as possible when it is not too hot. Although the distance I can go without sciatic pain and without needing a bathroom break is getting progressively smaller each week.
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? I love ice cream so it depends on my mood. My favorites right now are cherry cordial and cookies and cream.
1) How many weeks? 33...CRAZY! Guess I should actually start preparing for labor/hospital.
2) Any aches/pains? None constant, but I do get some lower back pain and foot pain if I stand/walk too long.
3) How are you staying active? Hahahaha!
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? Chocolate...specifically, Cold Stone's german chocolate cake which I may or may not have had over the weekend.

2) Any aches/pains? Hell yes! I had to stand around for a couple of hours yesterday at a 4 year old's birthday party and afterwards my feet and legs and crotch ached so much!
3) How are you staying active? Only my normal daily activities.
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? It varies based on my mood. I like Ben & Jerry's Half Baked and Coffee Heath Bar, cake batter from Cold Stone, and ginger and blueberry flavors from local ice cream places.
2) Any aches/pains? Yes...even more in the last week or so. Back, hips, lower abdomen.
3) How are you staying active? I've been walking (slowly) a few nights a week. This weekend we cleaned, taped out and painted the nursery. All the bending, stretching and kneeling was like one long Pilates session and I was HURTING yesterday!
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? Kind...singular?! There are too many to pick just one! I love Ben & Jerry's Mint Cookie, and their Red Velvet. A place at the beach makes homemade toasted coconut ice cream with a caramel and fudge swirl. That would have to be my all time favorite,
3) How are you staying active? I am taking a prenatal yoga class. I had to stop the prenatal strength/cardio because it was making my PSD worse. The yoga is much kinder to my pubic bone and ligaments!
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? Cookies and cream or plain vanilla with caramel sauce
Happy Monday to all as well! I love having a Monday ticker change because it always makes the work week feel a little more manageable to start.
mhanson18:
1) How many weeks?
31 weeks. Terrifying to know that pretty much there's only a max of 10 more weeks to go.
2) Any aches/pains?
I'll keep it short. Ish. Lots of hip/pelvis pressure, lower back pain, sore feet and rolling over in bed is now a three step process.
3) How are you staying active?
I park my car clear across the parking lot at work so I get in at least 10 minutes of walking a day, plus at home I do at least a few minutes to a half hour of yoga each night.
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream?
I was craving the heck out of Ben and Jerry's Phish Food. Also, I live in the south so we have Publix brand ice cream which is surprisingly some of the best ice cream I've had. Plain vanilla works for me!
1) How many weeks? 34 weeks... SO ready to have my little man!
2) Any aches/pains? Legs. Just last night I had an awful charley horse... ouch!
3) How are you staying active? Work lol. I work in the busiest emergency room in my area (Level I Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Institute) so work keeps me on my toes! And I've been cleaning. A LOT.
4) What is your favorite kind of ice cream? Cookies and Cream or Orange Sherbert
