Hi ladies!!!

SO - I was/am fairly certain I'm having a boy (mama's intuition?) -- I KNEW I was having a girl with my daughter (and was right) - curious to see if I am again?? I wavered a bit last week and started thinking it may be a girl but I'm still on the boy train!

Anywho...

We officially picked our names!

Boy - Benjamin Miles (we were between that and Jonah Grey)

Girl - Emma Harper (we were between that and Emma Claire)

Love the boy names but Emma is soooo over used right now she'll have like 5 girls with the same name in her class. I do love the name Emma just saying for some reason I know 3 people personally that are pregnant right now naming their baby Emma but at least it is pretty

Thank you SO much!!!! I always loved the name Harper and my husband hated it - then suddenly last week he was shouting from the shower - how about Emma Harper?? I guess he forget he didn't like it? hahaha.. so we are sold.

I know Emma is popular but I'm okay with it - I don't know any Emma babies (and we have lots of babies in our family as well as lots of friends with kiddies) -- but I'm okay with it being popular elsewhere - I guess we all have good taste

Yeah I also was thinking of using the name Emma because it flows well with the middle name Jean (my grandmother's name was Norma Jean but I feel like Norma is kind of dated),.. but I've noticed Emma is pretty high on the popularity rankings right now. I don't know anyone personally who's named their baby Emma, but I might still look into other names that flow well with Jean. We'll see!

I love those names, very classic We are actually going to name our LO Benjamin if it's a boy too!

I wouldn't worry that everyone else is naming their kid Emma or whatever, name your baby whatever you like! I work with a couple ladies who have sons named Benjamin, but I don't care I still love the name! Plus, it's better than naming your kid something "different" (meaning weird!) just to be different.....
