Hi Ladies,
My name is Lees and I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks ( first pregnancy) and d&c on May 18th;( I?ve been posting on the Miscarriage board but finally feeling ready to post here and offer support where I can as hubby and I are ttc again. We?re not tempting or using opk?s yet but plan on using the opk?s next cycle.
Emotionally I was a big mess for about a month after surgery, but counseling, massage and acupuncture have been helping me feel happier and stronger although I definitely still have my down days;(
I?m wondering if you ladies can help me out with something that I?m experiencing. I posted this question over on the miscarriage board but wondering if anyone here has had anything similar? Before my miscarriage I had regular cycles of 30 days and when AF would arrive I would get red blood spotting for a day then heavy red blood for 3 days before tapering off. My first AF came 32 days post d&c and now I?m experiencing brown discharge/blood again like I did after my d&c. Yesterday it was just brown discharge when I wiped but today I woke up to brown blood on my panties.( sorry tmi) I understand from another Bumpie that this could be due to low Progesterone so I have made an appointment with my doc. I also have no idea exactly when I am getting AF as I don?t know when I ovulated but assuming it will be this Sat if I have another 32 day cycle.
Ugh I hate that things are different now and that I have no idea what this brown blood is, it?s really freaking me out. Could AF just be a different colour now or maybe this is old blood? Has anyone else experienced brown discharge/blood?

BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)
3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

My Ovulation Chart
Hi and welcome.
Your cycles can (and probably will be) pretty weird after a m/c. It's not necessarily an indicator of ANYTHING wrong. There's no need for you to go to your doctor. Start charting (so you actually know when you are ovulating, as opposed to guesssing) and give it a few months.

Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.
June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

I'm feeling alot better now knowing that others have had similar experiences. It's all still so new and fresh but I guess I'll just have to accept that things will be different now with AF going foward.

RPL Workup: + LPD (7DPO Prog = 7.8, Endometrial Bx = out of phase)
Elevated Alpha 2-glycoprotein IgA and antiphosphatidylserine IgM -->
Hematologist said not to worry and no need for treatment!
Dx: LPD
Cycle #1(08/2012): Clomid 50 mg CD3-7, Ovidrel CD13 + Progesterone = It worked!
BFP #5 on 09/10/12 (11 DPO). HCG #1 @ 14DPO = 131.6 HCG #2 @ 16DPO = 509
