Bump still sending weekly baby updates after loss

Hi all - I recently had a miscarriage. I changed my account preferences from pregnant to TTC after a loss but I'm still getting weekly emails from The Bump about the baby I'm no longer carrying and I still have that checklist. It's very frustrating and sort of upsetting to see. Does anyone have know how I can fix this?

I had the same issue...I can't remember exactly how, but I think you have to go into your profile & delete out your EDD & click unsubscribe from emails. It took me a while to figure it out too, and it was before I knew about this board! Sorry you are still getting the reminders. It sucks!

I just got an update (not sure if it was from the bump or somewhere else) about my 43rd week of pregnancy.  Right.  I'm just too lazy to unsubscribe from them all (I may have gone a little crazy after our first BFP signing up for stuff...lesson learned!)  I always sign up for all the stuff on my alternate email address so it doesn't clog up my main email address, but it still notifies me on my phone.  Obnoxious!

I hope PP gave you the help with it. It's the worst when they send those stupid reminders. You'd think TB of all sites would have a sensitive way to fix it right away.
