I was previously on ttc after35 until my miscarriage last month.  Since then I just usually lurk.  Anyway I had a normal period now and we are cleared to try again.  Only problem is I can't stop obsessing about miscarrying again.  I started my period on the 7th and it was done on the 12th but now I am having random spotting again and keep thinking it a sign I won't be able to hold a pregnancy now that I am older.  Has anyone else found themselves second guessing everything?  I workout frequently and worry that too might keep me from getting pregnant.  I won't ask you to tell me I am normal cause I know I am not .  But it would be nice to know if their are any other crazies out there like me!  Thanks for listening!

I'm sorry for your loss. Your cycles can be a little off for a while after a miscarriage. Are you charting or anything? I think the fear of miscarrying is something that will always haunt those TTCAL. Working out will not keep you from getting pregnant. Good luck! I hope your stay here is short and sweet.

Welcome and I am sorry for your loss.  I am also 35+ and can kick myself everyday for waiting this long.  I worry all the time that it might be too late to expand my family and if it does happen I will constantly be worried something is going to go wrong.  You are not crazy, its normal to feel this way!
