broken capillaries

So I have been getting small red veiny spots across my chest and today noticed 2 on my face. 

For those of you who have had this happen during pregnancy, do they go away? Any suggestions for making them go away - or prevention?

Some of mine went away after DS but some didn't. This time my chest is covered in them so we'll see!
