Place for brunch for about 20ppl

Can anyone think of a good place for brunch/breakfast on a Sunday for about 20ppl where we could possibly have a private room? We're looking for a place to have a little reception after my son's baptism. Somewhere around St. Paul. And somewhere that won't break the bank as we would be paying for all to eat. TIA.
