can't wait much longer

 A week ago, my doctor saw only a gestational sac, yolk sac, and what looked like a fetal pole (HCG 30,000, no heartbeat) (7w1d).  Two days ago, he saw an embryo that measured 6 weeks (no heartbeat) (8weeks).  I also don't understand why it keeps growing and he really couldn't explain. He gave me the option of a natural miscarriage or a D&C.  I am trying to miscarry naturally, but I can't wait much longer. This is too hard. I have had no cramping or bleeding.  I am having panic attacks and afraid to go anywhere because I'm afraid it will happen while I'm out and about.  Unfortunately my doctor is out of town all this next week. I am honestly thinking about calling a doctor that I saw once years ago to see if I can get in there and get a D&C.

it might be good for you too to get that second opinion just to confirm  "or not" whats going on inside.  Im so sorry, your poor heart.

I am so sorry you are going through this! I agree that it might be best to get your other doctor to take a look. I'm sure a D&C is not the most pleasant experience, but the agony of waiting might just be too difficult. HUGS!

Definitely call and see another doctor.  I don't understand why the baby is growing, but there is no heartbeat? But I would ask to have him check you and the baby out before scheduling the D&C with him.  Good luck sweetie, I am sorry you are going through all of this.

Amy, so sorry you're going through this. My friend had the same thing about a year ago, and in the end she had to go through an abortion. Definitely get one or two more opinions first. I can give you the advice my friend did - if you need to go through this, ask for an operation, not the pill option. She was told the pills are a better choice because there's no invasive treatment, but she had terrible bleeding and was home for weeks afterwards, cramping and in agonizing pain. You're going through enough, physically and emotionally, take care of yourself as best you can, and whatever happens, try not to panic or get depressed. If this must happen, it will. But even if so, you know you can conceive and this is great news, soon you will be able to start trying again. If you can, share with your close family and friends for support. They care about you and will be happy to help with anything you need.

Thank you all for your kinds words! I have an appointment with another doctor tomorrow.  I'm just trying to hang in there for now and lean on God.  I'm praying that this doctor sees something different!
