We are possibly switching our in home day care provider soon. I am meeting with someone who seems like a good fit this week, and she gave me a few references (previous boss at a daycare center, a few parents, a previous coworker, etc).
Does anyone have any tips on good questions to ask? I have some ideas but I will just leave this open ended and hopefully someone will be able to add some good ones to my list!
Thanks!

Re: Questions to ask potential babysitter's references?
Ditto the pp on how the DCP will need time off for drs appts/vacations/sick days/holidays/etc...
Will the DCP take children on car rides?
CPR?
Discipline?
I would ask the references how long used, what age of children and if they can share a story about the candidate.
