bf baby-poop queation

my babies poop has been thicker than normal the last few days. could it be because I am dehydrated? ive recently started exercising so I thought that could do it. or...is it nothing to worry about? TIA.

    My baby's poop has been thicker lately too.  It's been REALLY hot here and he's been sweating a lot so I thought maybe that way why?  I'm really not sure.  Maybe because they are getting older?  Sorry not much help...

    thick like pasty thick? My LO's poop had been thicker in the past. I think it was just something I ate, it went back to normal after a day or so.
