Ummmm, I just read your blog post (I love reading everyone's blogs here!) and I can't believe you've never had pork butt! The horror! Glad you liked it - pork shoulder is amazeballs. I can share my blog with you (which I haven't updated in months b/c I got extremely busy and lazy), which is all recipes for pork shoulder/butt, if you want to try some more stuff in the future. It clearly is my favorite thing ever.

hahaha!! I have had it before, but just at a bbq place... I'd never attempted to cook one thats for sure!! You're right, it is totally amazing! Please tell me you will try the recipe I posted!!!

Ha! Glad you like it To be honest, the recipes aren't really all that bad for you. Our diet is pretty healthy, so I try to factor that into those recipes. Sure pork shoulder is fatty, but in moderation and paired with healthier sides, its all good in my book!
