I had that a couple weeks ago. My OB did an internal exam at my regular appointment and told me that yes she's pushing down. I didn't have any cervical changes. He said it was normal to feel some pressure but it didn't mean I was going into labor. However, that was my experience. I haven't felt her push down since. If you're worried, its best to contact your doctor.

Yes, normal. He'll push on my bladder, my hips, my cervix...anything to get me to make odd faces in public.
FWIW - when it was time to push for real, even through my epi, I could feel the change in urgency. It felt like I had to poop and it was going to come out if I pushed or not. haha.
