could i be???

Hi ladies! I have never posted over here even when we were trying for DD (only took one time) so heres my question/problem.

We got pregnant with DD quickly and the only sign I had besides peeing more frequently was that I missed my period. Since i had her in Nov, ive had pretty normal periods from jan to april and now I havent had one since then! We are not TTC and I have BCP waiting for me at home but I bought it in may and was waiting for my next period to start taking it so i wouldnt mess up AF but she is MIA. I have taken two HPTs and they have both been negative. Also I have only had these symptoms: feeling more tired than usual, using the bathroom more often and being constantly thirsty.

So my question is could it be a false negative? i thought these weren't possible!?!?! or could there be something wrong with me that? I have never had any problems in that area.

I am sorry if this is the wrong board to be posting on but I thought this was the best fit.....TIA for anyone who can help!

p.s. i feel like I should add that if I am pregnant we would be extatic of course

but at this point i just want to know and not end up on "i didnt know I was pregnant" haha

Also extreme thirst and fatigue are classic symptoms of diabetes. This is how my FIL was diagnosed with type II. He went to the dr because if those symptoms. It could all be something non pregnancy related. If it continues see a dr to be on the safe side.
