Really clingy baby after naps

I have a pretty clingy baby in general, but after naps, specifically naps that he didn't finish, he is the most clingy baby ever. If I have to pee and put him down for 2 minutes, he cries the hysterical heartbreaking don't-leave-me cry. It's awful!! He'll even cry when I set him down to change his diaper! Anyone else's baby really clingy after naps?

    DD is super clingy, but it doesn't last very long. Maybe 10-15 minutes? If I change her diaper right after a nap she cries. :(
