www.safefetus.com just a website i liked to look at with my last pregnancy, it's helped with this one so far. obviously ask your doctor if you aren't sure.. but well, you know
Very good site. I was listening to the radio on the way into work and they were having people call in to talk about all the dumb things they've done while on Ambien .... and I was shocked to hear 2 people say they were on Ambien while pregnant. The DJ was like, "um, is that safe to take while pregnant" and they were like, "oh yeah".
I just looked it up. Not so much!! Scary!!

Yikes, I cannot believe pregnant women don't check things out first. I think I've even questioned if things like Boca Chicken patties are okay for pregnant women ...I know I know, dumb huh, but at least I do my research!
Henry Cavill...You're welcome!

I have been on anti depressants for years, but for me, I would rather risk my depression than have a child with a retardation.Too hard and too sad for me. My best friend works with deaf children and speech problems and ugh.. i couldn't imagine.
Ambien and melatonin are both bad. I was on melatonin to help me sleep and quit that too as soon as I found out I was pregnant.

I question everything too! I even over-researched things to the point where I found an obscure website saying ginger was dangerous in pregnancy even though it was the first thing my OB recommended for my m/s! Oops. Sometimes I need to back away from the Google ...
