Chart Stalk...O date changed :(

Good morning ladies,

 

This morning when I put my temp in, FF changed my O date from the cd 20 to cd 22. I was so excited when it had cd 20 since we had perfect timing. This is so frustrating being sent back two steps Any advice is greatly welcomed. In case it helps anyone, the circle on cd 19 is because I woke up maybe 20 minutes early (shouldn't make a difference) and last night I was up not feeling well from about 2:15-2:30 and I temp at 4:45, would that make a difference in my temps? TIA!

Based on what I see, I agree with FF. you had a bigger temp jump and fertile CM recoded on CD 22. You had no fertile CM recoded on CD20. Good luck!

I think that your O date could be either CD 21 or 22.  22 is more likely, but I have had some cycles where my temp rise was more gradual.  It would definitely help if you had some OPKs also to get a more clear picture.

If this isn't my cycle I will def be getting some OPK's. Since this was only my third cycle I figured I would wait it out.

See, since I'm new to charting (this is my third month) I thought O day was the last day of lower temps and once there are three consecutive higher temps it's proof that you O'd. I didn't know the jump size matters. However, when I go back and look at the chart, prior to CD 22 it appears that the other temps were pre-O. I hate when it gets my hopes up *cries*

By its self, temping is very helpful, but OPKs (and checking CM) help give the full picture so you know when to stop humping it out every 5 minutes. lol

I also agree with FF. OPKs definitely help give a better picture. Remember, you're not out until AF shows. Good luck!

Thanks ladies! Accepting the fact that I am now 5 dpo rather than 7dpo and keeping my fingers crossed!

With the recorded CM in combo with the temps I agree with FF

Rememeber the golden rule, you should BD whenever you see fertile CM . Of had done that then you would still have great timing.

Based on my newbie chart reading skills, I agree with FF. Sorry you've gotten a setback, OP. Of course, you aren't out until AF comes! Good luck!
