FP stride-to-rido dino question

I just got this today! I got it brand new off kijjiji (craig's list) so I didn;t get any instructions with it. My question is...it seems to roll really easily. A stands at the handles and it rolls forward where she can't quite keep up with it. i can see her faceplanting very easily. Is there a way to slow it down or do I just have to wait until her cruising capabilities get better?

We have this toy and we LOVE it, and it works best on the grass until they get better with controlling it. I just started letting her use it on the hardwood floors and she's getting better.

Thanks everyone! I guess she will only go in the livingroom. It's the only room in the house that has an area rug...everywhere else is hardwood or tile!

We are in the same boat. We have hardwood floors everywhere! We don't even have the dinosaur thing because I was too afraid of face plants. I think this is also why T is learning things slower than everyone else.
