Implanon and TTC??

okay so I got my Implanon out June 13 and my PCM(Private Care Manager) said that I should start my period right away since the birth control was no longer giving hormones since its out,  in a week it'll be a month and I still haven't gotten my period. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. yesterday and today the one on the fourth was a slight positive but not sure so I'm not sure what to think I know its possible to get pregnant like even two days after getting the implanon out, I was ovualating the day I got it out and did the baby dance that day too. I just don't know what to think, I've been having sypmtoms since the week after I got it out mainly fatigue I would be so tired and when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I would feel so tired as if someone had drugged me thats best way I could explain it. I don't do anything to be that tired, it was like that for like two weeks.My doctor tested my thyroid and it was normal. I've been having a few other symptoms but not sure whether to believe if I am pregnant or not. its been three weeks since I got my implanon out still no period I had a little bit of spotting the other day and thought I was going to get it and I didn't. Should I just take another pregnancy test or wait it out I really need advice thank you so much!!!  any advice or input is greatly appreciated!

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant immediately after having the implant removed. I had mine taken out in May and my doctor told me to use another form of protection if I didn't want to get pregnant yet. Fertility can return immediately after removal. I still haven't had a real period yet, however, almost 6 weeks later. You may not get a period for a couple months still.

How do you know you were ovulating the day you got it out? Did you test? The implant keeps you from doing that. I guess it is possible to release an egg immediately, though highly unlikely. My advice is to keep testing until you get a positive HPT or your period.
