That's my dad's birthday! And in college, we would always walk around talking like pirates. I love it! (I also have a tattoo of a pirate on my hip. So yeah, I'm a bit of a pirate freak.)
Oooh I forgot about Talk Like a Pirate Day! I hope I'm a couple days early!
The best TLAP Day was 2 years ago, our friends got married on that day and their wedding was on a boat, so we were all hammered and talking like pirates the whole night.
Met DH - Aug 2001 :: Married - Jan 2010 :: DD born - Sept 2012
I just posted this on a later post...oops! Its my anniversary that day and at our wedding our pastor mentioned it before the ceremony...then when my cousin was singing he leaned over and told DH he had a "fine looking wench there." It was funny at the time! ;P DH and I cracked up at the alter! hahaha
