Woken up by pain

Hi, everyone. I need advice. I was woken up out of a deep sleep by pain in my lower left abdomen. I was just sleeping on my right side at the time, not rolling or moving. Do you think it was round ligamint pain or something worth a call to my doctor on 4th of July?  Anyone else ever experience this?

My doctor told me not to worry unless it's extremely painful and frequently happens. Also, I'm supposed to call if I ever see bright, red blood

This happened to me last week. It was gas pain. It was horrible for a whole week, then eased up. I know everything is fine because my A/S was yesterday.

As my belly grows I've found I wake up with RLP pain on the side opposite the one I'm sleeping on...guessing its from gravity pulling everything one way. Is the pain better now that you're up? If so, I would guess that's what it was. If it still hurts, I would call, or if want some reassurance, call; its why your Dr is there.

This happened to me once. I think it was RLP. I agree with pp, unless it happens a lot, then I wouldn't worry about it.
