Anyone's baby have slight vinegar breath??

I've noticed it twice with LO.  He's drooling a lot since about 10 weeks, which I know is a "stage" they go through.  I'm pretty sure he's not teething - my oldest didn't have teeth till 1yr.

But I wonder if it's an acidic tummy?  Something I ate?  (he's EBF)  Like I said, it's only happened today and a few days ago.  Then it went away.  He doesn't have reflux, I'm pretty sure.

I'm a bit scared to google.. 

ETA: It's his SALIVA that's vinegar-y, I guess, not his actual breath..?  Or is it the same thing, I dunno..

I believe GERD and thrush are common causes of that.

Sometimes DS breatj is very acidic smelling and I wonder if that is the same thing you are talking about.
