Everything about this pregnancy feels different from my first with DS. At first this made me convinced I must be having a girl this time. Now I starting to think that might have been wishful thinking and I'm having a boy... I don't find out for 4 more weeks which is killing me. I know it can have no relevance but I'm just curious what everyone else experienced.

So my question is were your pregnancies the same/similar or different with same sex children? And vice versa?

Every pregnancy has had more intense symptoms then the previous one and all three were boys.

Mine have been different enough that I thought I was having a girl also. I was wrong.

Only thing that is different with this pregnancy is that my m/s is worse. We are having another boy.

My first pg I had m/s until about 24 wks so I was convinced (before the a/s @ 21wks) that I was having a girl and was shocked when the tech said boy. This time I've only gotten sick once but have been more tired but this time I "knew" it was a boy. So yeah 2 different pregnancies... same gender kids. But I will say that I'm carrying this one the same as DS1 and my mother was the same way when she was pg w/my sister and I.

My pregnancies have been different so far and I'm having my second girl.  I thought I was having a boy for sure with this pregnancy.

My pregnancies have been different in the sense that this time around my nausea was SO much worse I had it all day every day my whole 1st trimester. Also with this one all I ever want to eat is sweets with my first all I wanted was fruit. I also have gotten more gas pains and indigestion with this one and I broke out when I first got pregnant. I had none of that with my first.

My pregnancies have been almost identical to this point, and I have a DS & am expecting a girl.

Carrying totally differently and different cravings. No more sick, etc., though.

My pregnancy experiences are vastly different, first was a little boy now it's a little girl! I had NO symptoms at first, have the worst acid reflux, and absolutely zero sex drive. Plus this black hair line thing is really gross. lol First pregnancy I was pretty much a description of general pregnancy, morning sickness, sore boobs, all the stereotypical stuff. Anything can happen, one of my best friends swore her pregnancy was just too different to be a second boy and sure enough it was another boy!

My pregnancies were exactly the same with #1 (girl) and #2 (boy).  This one has been completely different, and is another boy.

Me too. Im not sure I've had one same symptom except the absence of m/s both times, but they are both girls. Even the way I'm carrying is different...dd#1 strangled me she was up so high but this one is hanging out down low and putting a good but of pressure on my lady bits.

All three of my pregnancies have been different and all of mine are boys. My second one was especially bad and I thought FOR SURE I was getting a girl. Nope! haha - it's just how it happens to affect you this time around.

I can't comment for myself yet, but I have heard not to buy into thinking that it's the other gender based on different symptoms from a mother of 3 girls. She said all her pregnancies were totally different.
