I bought my nephew a cute onsie from gap a year ago that said lock up you daughters. I really don't think that one is bad.

I don't get what the problem with this is. They sell itsy bitsy little 2-piece swimsuits for girls that age (which I find adorable). How is a onesie with a bikini printed on it any different?

Because it has a woman's body printed on it too? That's the part that made me go hmm. I don't have a problem with baby bikinis.

Yeah... It's the part about it having a woman's body on it that skeeves me right out.

I posted this onesie two months ago. I think its tacky and have an issue with my daughter having "boobs" at this age.

I don't really see a problem with it but, I wouldn't put it on DD. I went to their website (the Wildchild brand). I think a lot of the onesies are cute. I don't take offense to them.

I get why it's creating a stir, and it would never go on my daughter BUT I found myself far more offended by the "this is my keg stand onesie" and "I'm on my period" ones in the gallery. Never ever would I put on a shirt about being on my period so I see no humor in putting a onesie on an obviously very prepubescent baby talking about periods.

I just went through the slideshow (I didn't see it before). The "I'm on my period" one and "make sexual comments, not war" are a little much for me.

I'm with you on that one. Zoe will be in a one piece for a long time. I think that bikinis are for teens and up, not toddlers.

My only problem with that one is that we are starting early cementing body issues into children.  It is like it says, "this is how your body should look."
