I use a body pillow that I put between my knees and hug. I have another regular bed pillow behind my back for support as well. I also go to the chiro which is amazingly helpful for me because I get severe sciatic pain while pregnant. It isn't covered by my insurance but it is pretty reasonably priced I think. To get my neck, upper and lower back, and hips adjusted it's $40. I go once a month or every 3 weeks as needed to help everything stay where it belongs. Well worth it!!! Maybe it could help you.

I'm 18 weeks 1 day pregnant. I use a Snoogle pillow and it helps but a regular pillow can help too. I also have walking everyday. I heard not everyone can exercise and have to ask the OB for permission first. My OB told me it's fine for me to walk an hour a day.

I have been dealing with this for the last week. Although I have a previous spine condition that is causing the problems.
There are a few things you can try. First alternate heat and ice about 20 minutes each with about 2 hours in between. Also, sleep with a pillow under your legs and possibly one behind you if you sleep on your side to help hold you in place. Make sure you are stretching as long as it does not cause more pain. And finally, you can try a special belly-band. I'm waiting on mine to get here so I can't tell you the name of it or where to order it from, but I can let you know if it gets here today! HTH!
