Last night I didn't sleep well in general, but I ended up having to rock my son (who normally sleeps through the night) back to sleep, and when I went back to bed myself, I tossed and turned for about an hour before I decided to give up and just get up.
That was about 6 am, when I normally temp anyway, so I temped knowing it'd probably be higher than usual since I'd been awake and moving a little in bed, but got a pretty low temperature (96.5.... and I've been at a plateau for the last week at 97.20ish). Has this happened to anyone? I guess I'm just wondering if the temp is wacky because of my sleep pattern or if maybe it could be an O dip (I've been anxious to see a sign of O since I just weaned my son). TIA!
Re: random temp... chalk it up to bad sleep?
To get an accurate temp you need 3 hours of sleep prior to temping. Mark your chart as sleep deprived under symptoms. It will make it an open circle, don't dwell on the temp. It's inaccurate
I seriously need to invest in some. I was going to wait until I got my first PPAF so I'd actually know when to use them, but I guess this would be a good time haha. Thanks for the advice!
