Tuna is fine. I have gestational diabetes and one of the things on my list that I am able to eat is tuna. I eat it almost every day.

I say go for it!!!

My rationale: The air and water we consume are so polluted anyways, you might as well eat the sandwhich.

It is not only ok but it is super good for you and baby. Just don't eat it more than twice a week to make sure you don't get too much mercury
