Honestly, I'm kind of surprised. Thought it would be one of those "suffer in silence" sort of things. Katie hasn't looked very happy in a long time.

I read she filed for sole custody of Suri, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out. I feel bad for the little girl though. Divorces are rough enough... adding famous parents in the mix must be a nightmare.

She is filing for full legal custody because she doesn't want her daughter raised in Scientology.

I also read she's filing in NYC bc it's easier for the mom to get custody. And Tom gave her his NYC apt for tax purposes so she has residency established there and he doesn't. It's gonna get ugly before it gets better. Poor kiddo.
