One follie hanging on...

It appears I have one lone follie that will be in the game for IUI#2 this Monday. We felt really good that we had two strong contenders, but found out this morning that the other one is either playing hide and go seek (allow me my denial), or piddled out. At least the one we saw today looks ready to trigger Saturday and is holding on like a champ.

Oh well, it sure would be nice if I could use the savings for IVF on this little guys college education. We shall see....

I think I might have gotten a positive OPK two days ago. So we're waiting this cycle out to see if anything miraculously happens. If not, I think we're moving on to IUI next cycle.

GL to you! I just found out that I will be triggering w/ only one good follicle from follistim too. Waiting for the Dr to call to see if my trigger will be tonight or tomorrow. Hope this is "the one" for us both!

 Looks like my trigger will be tomorrow, so IUI will be Tuesday morning. No plans for the 2ww. I'm a teacher on summer vacation, so I'm going to have to find something to occupy my time. How about you?

It sure would be nice if this was our last injection! The last 2ww was a bit of a beating, so I will squeeze in lot's of yoga classes, wrap up the work week, then head to Toronto for a week with DH for lot's of family time on the lake. I am already nervous about tomorrow.
