I like my Lamaze class!

My husband and I went to our first Lamaze class last night. It was great, and the instructor is a L and D nurse, which is extremely helpful. I knew a few ladies there already, and everyone else is really nice.

The class itself seems like it will give me great tools to use for labor.

Has anyone else taken their first birthing class yet? Which class are you taking?

My Lamaze class doesn't start till August 1st,  I'm eager to get started though! Glad you had a great first experience.

That's great!  I've heard they have changed Lamaze a lot since our mothers were doing it!  

I did Hypnobirthing with my first and plan to do it again with this one.  The nice thing about taking a class is all the people you meet who are all due around the same time.  We are still good friends with the other three couples in our class.

 The bolded is what I am hoping for. I'd love to bond with other new moms, and possibly have lifelong friends because of this class. Most of my friends from high school and where I used to work are not parents yet, so they aren't in the same stage I am, kwim?
