Hi all, so I got a BFN with my serum blood test today. I am a bit disappointed because I seriously FEEL pregnant. I don't know how to explain it. My last period was May 9th and I was due for another June 13th, and when it didn't show I was a bit concerned because I'm always on time. SO, I'm two weeks late now. Is there anyone who has ever been pregnant and gotten a negative blood test? I feel like it could still be early, my hcg levels are too low? Any advice would be nice

You went to the Dr for a blood test?? Did you even test with an HPT first?

Just because something isn't happening for you right now doesn't mean it will never happen.

First off, you probably just ovulated late and therefore your period is late. Did you take a HPT? As for the bolded part..that is very unlikely, when I had my m/c they followed my levels down all the way to <1....if they did a quantative hcg, they should be able to pick up ANY level of hormone detected..in your case..zero. This means your not pregnant..sorry.

This was my question too!
Just because your "always on time" doesnt mean your periods will always be on time. Like some PP said you may have just ovulated late and therefore its postponing your period. But the best advice I can give you, is to never assume your cycles are regular--because chances are they are NOT going to be regular every single month. Also, as far as you FEELING pregnant, you probably just have yourself convinced your pregnant and now you are experiencing phantom symptoms, or its just AF fixing to show. You can test once a week with a HPT until its positive or you have reached CD 60. If you reach CD 60 THEN you contact your doctor.
But once again, did you even take a HPT before going to the doctor for a blood test???
