My Breast Friend makes one for twins and I've used mine all day and night for over 10 months now. The velcro has lost some stick but it's a lifesaver!
same here I love it! When they were newborns I found it too big & used a boppy but once they were maybe 3mths old I started using the twins pillow and still use it today
