Whats normal growing pains?

This week has been a big week. My nausea came back a bit. My belly has been sore think its stretching on the sides and the top. Than come late afternoon I feel sore in my pelvis on either side and under my belly.

You think I would remember all this having 2 already. But I feel like it is all new to me. I had light pink in when I wiped once yesterday so I think i am extra worried. Thankgoodness my appt is tommo with my OB

    I've had a few bouts of pretty painful RLP and period-like cramps during this PG. They're always worrisome but always turn out to be "growing pains".

    Regarding the bleeding, I would call for that and ask to be seen today.
