Wish Me Luck Tomorrow!

I'm really hoping the Attorney I talk to can get the whole case dropped. I read the date wrong on his filing. He filed on June 22, not the 12 like originally thought. I opened my AG case on the 18! The state prefers to keep a case with the AG.

    Good luck!!!

     Just a thought...did you tell him you were filing? In California, there is a question on the paperwork where you have to answer Y/N if you are aware of any other pending open cases.  If you notified him and he filed after you, make sure you let your attorney know.
