"Pet Names" for LOs

There's always a lot of discussion on TB about nicknames, but just out of curiosity, what "pet names" do you use for your LOs? For instance, I call DS2 Punkadoodle a lot of the time, DH favors Bo Bo, and DS1 calls him Pumpkin Pie or Sweet Pumpkin -- how cuuuute is this coming out of the mouth of a 4-year-old??!!

"pet names" for both would be Babydoll, Doll, Babe & Honey.

Nicknames-

We call Alexis: Lexi Pie, Sesi

We call Lauren: Diggy, Diggs, LO

I used to always call DS Buster, but now it's usually boogie head or boogie. Sometimes puddin'head.

Her name, Nora, is really a nickname for Elinor. We also call her "Chicken", which has been a nickname since we were still in the hospital. She gets lots of other little names randomly but Nora or Chicken are the names she gets called most often.

Benjamin goes by Ben, Ben-Ben and Boo most often, I used to call him monkey and Benjamin Buttons when he was little.

I call my daughter the most ridiculous pet names,lilybug,lily d,crankeroo,crank pants,chicken little,munchkin. Lol. And my brother calls her lily pad, monkey baby, and several others. My poor girl.

I call DD "Buttons"  I have no idea where that came from.

Curly Sue. DS has curly hair. I also called him Curly Sue to joke around with my DH. He loves westerns especially old ones and John Wayne and Johnny Cash are two big loves of his. I hate Johnny Cash and old John Wayne movies are a special form of torture for me. The first time I called DS Curly Sue, DH said "Curly Sue?! You can't call my son that!" I laughed and said, "What? Didn't John Wayne sing a song about a boy named Sue?" knowing full well that it was Johnny Cash. I don't like them but I'm not oblivious. It's become somewhat of a joke around here.

Oh and my brother calls DS Kilometer. His name is Miles. He wants him to not feel left behind when we got metric. ;-)

Our LO (Gareth) is only 3ish weeks old, so I'm sure he will get many more pet names, but so far we call him Gare Bear, Mr Fussypants, Mr Crankypants, Mr Poopypants, Mr Hungrypants, Mr Cutiepants, Mr Anything-that-pops-into-our-head-Pants, and Sir Gareth.

I call DS a few different ones. Senor Baby, Bo Bo, Nany and Kiddo.

Teddy Bear is what we call him most of the time.  Also Buddy, Buddy Bear, Honey, Sweetie, Love, Lovey.

I call DD Squishy or Moo.

DD's in utero name was Lady Bug, my Dad still calls her Bug, I called her Ainsley Bear which has become just Bear, DD calls her Pains or Monster :-) And then I use all the random Sweetpea, Honeypie, etc. which she always repeats. She also has started calling me Honey sometimes since I called her honey so much at the beginning.

Noey is her "official" NN. For pet names, I use Noellie and Noellie Berelli, Noey girl, baby girl, sweetie girl... Not sure what else.

We don't really use NNs or pet names, we just use his name. But my mom calls him bugaboo and DH and I both sometimes call him Bubba.

Usually it's TrentMan or Little Guy.. I call him George. I tend to call most boys that for some reason. Ha!

I love the NN Noey.  Zoe and Chloe kind of drive me nuts, but I love Noey.

 

My oldest DD I call Turkey, cause she is one.  The twins I call Liverbeans and EdieB. Sugarplum, Love, Lambchop are all kind ove interchangeable between the three of them.

Archer is only three weeks old, so I am still working on his. Right now it's just Archie and Squirt.

DD's name is Hayden. I call her Hayden Raine(MN), little butt cheeks, love bug, baby girl, baby hayden, sweet pea.

DS2: Sweetie Pie, Slugger, Deuce, Baby Boy, Hambone

They both get Hambone because they are both good at hamming it up.

DD's name is Kyoko. We call her LO, Kiki, Koko, Koko bean, lite brite, stinker, sh!thead(but I call everyone that), pumpkin head, pumpkin nugget, babes. DF's baby sister calls her baby koko. I think that's all.
